Properties sold from January 2009 to December 2009:
- In one study, 126 vacant and occupied homes spent an average of 263 days on the market unsold. After professional staging, those same homes sold in an average of 60 days – 78% less time on the market!
- In a study of 284 vacant and occupied homes that were staged before being placed on the market, the homes sold an average 40.5 days after listing.
