“There is a crying need for good stagers, and Chancellor Designs meets that need so well! Ruth is the only stager I know who comes to the project with a designer’s eye, and doesn’t just do a “cookie cutter” formula of what she’s done before. Ruth helped me out in a jam. The stager I had engaged to stage my listing cancelled at the last second. I know it wasn’t easy for Ruth to accommodate me, but she did, and her work was excellent! She swooped in and used her sharp eye to see just what was needed. Because of the time crunch, she had to be even more creative to get the place looking right. The furnishings and accessories she chose, and the placement and arrangement were right on – the right style, the right mood, the right colors. Well, it must have been right because the house sold for full price in 4 days. The money spent to have Ruth stage the house was a great investment. I firmly believe that the house wouldn’t have sold for as high a price in as short a time if Ruth had not performed her magic. That one was a vacant, remodeled house.
