Your home is your castle, but how do buyers see it?  We can evaluate your property and implement the modifications needed to showcase the best features of your home, and create a setting that will appeal to a large audience, often using what you already have.  Typical staging activities include:

  • Neutralize décor to appeal to a broad market of buyers while also retaining charm and personality
  • Optimize furniture placement to showcase the home (not the furnishings)
  • Identify items to pack away or move to storage

We will spend a half day, full day or more depending on your needs.  After the staging is done, we’ll even give you tips on how to keep your house ready for showings while it’s on the market.
